ABOUT ASA

Asa Angel is a certified Reiki Master, yoga and meditation teacher, and intuitive guide. She weaves ancient healing traditions, earth wisdom, and modern neuroscience to support deep, lasting transformation. Her passion is in making the mystical feel natural—offering spiritual tools and practices in a way that’s grounded, clear, and deeply human. Through her work, Asa helps people come back home to themselves: more connected, more embodied, and more aligned with their true nature. Her deepest intention is to nourish a vibrant, thriving world full of people living with purpose, power, and presence.

Asa also holds a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Miami and brings over a decade of experience working in education policy across Miami, Washington D.C., and New York City. This background in systems and policy shapes her understanding of how the spiritual, political, and everyday realities are all deeply interconnected. She believes that healing ourselves is inseparable from healing our world, and she brings that lens to everything she does.

Over the years, Asa has studied with some of the world’s most respected teachers, including Ram Dass, H.H. the Dalai Lama, Isa Gucciardi, Arawana Hayashi, Ethan Nichtern, Ralph De La Rosa, and many others. In the last seven years, she’s supported more than 5,000 people on their healing journeys, launched over 30 programs, and hosted international retreats in Costa Rica, India, Mexico, and Nepal. She’s had the honor of collaborating with organizations like Wisdom 2.0, Tara Mandala, Earth Activist Training, the NYC Department of Education, the Ohio Nurses Association, Hasbro Inc., and Newport Hospital.

Asa works with a shamanic approach, channeling the universal life force energy that flows through all things. In her sessions, she serves as a clear, compassionate vessel for this energy to move exactly where it’s needed. What comes through might be messages from your guides, insight from your higher self, or healing energy directed to the places in your body and spirit asking for care. Asa has spent the last decade learning how to translate these intuitive messages—turning the symbolic language of spirit into guidance you can understand and integrate.

She specializes in working with people navigating physical illness, stress and anxiety, major life transitions, and unprocessed trauma. Her work is for those who feel called to live in deeper alignment—with their own truth, with the earth, and with something greater than themselves. Asa holds space for people to slow down, remember who they are, and reclaim the fullness of their lives.

In an energy work session with Asa, you’ll be seen, heard, and deeply understood. Whether insight arises from childhood memories, past life themes, or the clarity of your present moment, she helps bring awareness to what your soul is asking for.
